hi. my name is steven. i was 230 lbs last week and now i am 224lbs. i dont think lost it the healty way. i've been skipping dinner for a special k bar, same thing with breakfast. ive been doin this for a week now. can someone tell me if that is healty or not.... by the way, for lunch, i have a normal one, like the kinds they give you at skool

Reply from Camille, Age 17 - 06/13/05 - IP#: 70.81.187.xxx Don't skip dinner for a Special K bar, they have under 100 cals and that is not nearly enough. Try a meal replacement bar with at least 250-300 cals, or just try eating a smaller dinner.
