hey im posting mine again bcuz i wrote yesterday n its already on the second page!! i want to keep it fresh so i get as many responses as possible! okay i used to be just plump (5' "4" 170)...you know a lil bigger than all of my friends and i was okay with that bcuz my frends treated me normal....then i went on vacation to california wiht 5 of my friends for two weeks when school got out (our school got out way early [the 20 and we left the 21st) during that two weeks, we did alot of stuf in pairs of two. i was busy all day and i would hang out with all of them, just me and them along with everyone, and i would eat with every single one of them...and i did that for the whole two weeks. and when i got bac i pretty much did the same thing for another week until yesterday when i weighed myself and saw that i had gained 30 pounds in 3 weeks!! i went to try on a few of my clothes n none of them fit! one of my shirts rippes as i was puttin it on n then may fave pair of jeans ripped when i tried to button them. in california all i wore was stretch pants n big t's. i looked at myself in the mirror n saw my belly stickin out, a THIRD chin, and my back was just loadded with fat! i reallly need help to get this weight off! i dont want my mom to notice cuz then she'll make me go to the doctor for a new diet. i really dont want that...n its summer n i wanna look good instead of havin my rolls all over the place! HELP!
Reply from Emily, Age 13 - 06/13/05 - IP#: 66.56.244.xxx okay, first what u need to do is watch tv ONLY at night, I mean pitch black dark, 2nd, eat diet foods like lean pockets or the new south beach diet foods, (no slim fast) and exersize as much as possible! crunches, push ups, and squats! Run/jog laps around ur house or around the block! STAY AWAY FROM SWEETS AND SODAS!!! Water is the only think that u should be drinking and u can drink milk too, but that's it!!! it's pretty simple! Reply from abby, Age 13 - 06/13/05 - IP#: 24.14.167.xxx i know what its like! my mom took me to a nutritionist once and i hated it! all they did was talk for like 2hours. anyway. if you want to go on a diet but dont want your parents to make a big deal out of it, you should check out the book, the diet for teens only. suggest to your mom that you should go grocery shopping and make a few suggestions for food from the diet. hopefully it will work ok. good luck! i beleive in you!!
