Hey guys iam new to this board and i really find this place interesting. Anyways, i am here to get someone's input and thought on this. I am 5'10 and i weigh 213 pounds. But the most I've ever weighed was 253. It only took me 2 months to get down to 213. But now summers here and 1 have 8 weeks left to try andlose about 30-40 pounds do any of you guys think this is possible to be able to lose the rest of my remaining weight and reach my goal which is 170. I ope and pry i can lose the rest of he weight this summer. please someone contact me. Thanx for taking time to read my story. Love, Gabby

The more sweets you eat the more sweets you crave...blood sugar and all that good stuff, so yes, stay away from them and eventually they won't be so much of a temptation. Also, do check out that teen diet (I'm going to too). Congratulations on losing all you've lost so far, thats awesome. I wish you all the best on getting down to 170 by school, but don't feel like a total failure if you don't. September doesn't have to be your deadline. Keep up the good work. Oh hey, I learned this mantra today and I wanted to share it with someone: I'm active, I'm attractive, and I'm in control. :) Repeat it to yourself. :) Good luck!

(they're tempting, i know!!!!!!!) if you want help though, try checking out "the diet for teens only" its a safe diet designed espially for teens and its healthy for them too! im going shopping for it today!:) i cant wait. and whats nice is that its pretty much normal food so everyone one in your family can eat it too!! lemme know how it works for you and good luck!! i know you can do it!!!!!
