Hmm...tell me how im doing. Breakfast: 2 rice cakes and a lowfat yogurt. Lunch: a sandwhcih on wheat bread w/ lettuce adn 2 pieces of salami,carrots, and a necterine Snack: a rice cake and ill prolly have a fudsicle lateer. dniner: idk but i do no were having corn lol. I started the toning for teens thing. I did it and got done with it in like 15 minutes but i forgot to rest for 15 seconds each time..ohwell. Then tonight were going swimming and bike riding. Do you think i need to exercise more?? thanks a bunch!! :) :) <33

my mom is a dietision and so i kno a lot about food. i come on these websites to help people like you to lose weight. i use to weigh 140 pounds and now i weight 105 thanks to my moms help. i just thought i should let you kno that you are not eating enough. you need to eat 2100 calories a day and not overdo the exercise because i think that is where you are leading. therefore stick to only 30 minutes of exercise a day and i will garentee u that u will lose as much weight as u want.
