hey emis can you tell me your weightloss accomplishments and goals it will help me crucially

Well my acomplishments are that i lost 5 pounds in the first weeek of my diet by eating all fruits adn veggies and by drinking (8) 8oz cups of water a day. Also for hte first week i would go on a mile bike ride in the morning, then in the afternoon i would just ride around for half an hour then later in the afternoon i would run on the treadmill on fatburn for 20-25 minutes evryday. I dont do as much anymore htough. Lately ive been playing basketball with my dad at night for 2 hours and going for a mile bike ride adn a 2 mile walk. Then i do my toning for teens thing that i just got, or a workout video. My goals are to loose 20 more pounds by the end of summer. A thing that helped alot with me is hiding the scale to see how much i progress each week. Then i (try) to keep a food diary also. Well..thats about it lol. Good luck with all your goals!!! :) :) <33
