I am 5'4 and 465. I am in terrible health because of it. What should I do?

Reply from markez, Age 15 - 06/13/05 - IP#: 71.8.39.xxx man exercise anytime you aint doing nothing drank water and if you cant drink water drink koolaid with calorie free sweetner them girls; but why would u get surgery like those girls are saying if gaining weight make you die surgery will to you probably need to get supplements and wok out at the gym so once you llose the fat you don't have to do all the work once you down to about 250 or less dont worry if that lady on Ophrah a couple years back lost 700 pounds you know you lose 150 or 200 pounds and if people crack on you or call you fat use that as motivation cuz i use to cry but i realize whhen they called me fat they were trying to help me and get some decent cracks in too but just lookk in the mirror naked everyday and use that as fuel for the fire man it woks reply back if you need me cuz i got yo support
