I hate to break it to you...but you can't lose weight fast and have it still be safe for you. the healthy way to lose weight is 1-2 lbs a week. sad i know but its healthy and you'll keep it off i promise!!

Hey there!! well you should prolly start by eliminating all your junk food and soda. Then try to drink as much water as you can. If you go to walmart theres these little bottles called kid connection. I drink 2 at a time there so easy to chug. also try to eat more fruits and veggies and cut down on fast food. Then..exercise! lol you should try to exercise as much as you can. Some things that help some is keeping a food diary, this site, and remebring to have confidence and how great youll look after you lose the unwanted weight.
