what i've started to do is make really small weight loss goals for myself.. no smaller than 5lbs and it actually does motivate me!! cuz you feel so close to your next goal and it feels so good knowing that it wont take much to get close to it. because big goals feel so overwhelming.. but if a goal is like.. 3 lbs away, you can loose that much in a week!!
