I am gonna start not weighing myself because it always brings me down when I havnt lost as much as planned or any at all... then I end up quiting my diet so I am gonna wait till my jeans are really loose then I am gonna weigh myself!! do you think thats a good idea??

well i read you should weigh yourself every 1-2 weeks to keep you encouraged and so you know like if your doing ok or whatever. also if you weight till your pants are loose you could have lost fat/gained muscle so you could actually gain weight which would make you feel even worse. so probably weight yourself every 2 weeks or so ..
