hey guys, i am 5'2 and 140 pounds. i used to be 135 pounds but ever since i started playing tennis when school let out i gained 5 lbs. i am goin to play in high school so they make us go to these camps. i play an 1 and a half hours daily and i watch what i eat. why am i gaining weight? i have only had junk food on one day since i played. this is really confusing. any ideas?

U should see a deffference in the way u look an how able u are to fo ur workouts. Wih weight raning an things like that u gain muscle but don really lose the fat. So do more cardio( walking, runing, biking ,ect) Hope i helped. -aNgIe
