Im thinking about starting a low cal. diet. Im prett sure that 1200-1300 a day would be a safe amount. But can ne one tell me what amount of cal. i should have in each meal? Please an thanks. -Angie

you should have 5 meals a day...just divide up the calories evenly and it'll work out. good luck!

well for 1300 a day you can have 300 cal. meals and 3 100 calorie snacks..but it all depends how many snacks you like to have etc
