OOPS THE MESSAGE BELOW ... I TRIED TO TYPE MY BOARD THING AND I ACCIDENTLY HIT ENTER SRY ! anyways im 150 pounds and 5ft 5 or 5ft 6 i dont remeber. Well last yr i went on the south beach diet and went to 130 anyways i didnt follow the diet anfter the weight loss and thought i could jsut go bak to my bad eating habits. i am a swimmer so i will be doing swim 3-4 days a week during the summer also i think ill do junior lifeguard where u run and stuff . should i go back on the south beach or im really confused .

maybe not the south beach diet but try just to eat healthy if you eat 500 calories less a day then what you burn a day you will lose 1-2 pounds a week so just try and eat 500 cals less then what you burn!
