Hello everyone, last year i started to diet and i lost 25 pounds within 7 months and i looked so much better and felt great, but by the end of the summer i gained 5 pounds back and i thought it was no big deal and that i would just lose those 5 pounds like that. Eventually in the next couple months i had put back all my weight back on. I've started my diet a few days ago and now i'm losing my weight again, i was just wondering if u've lost weight before and gained it back does it take a longer time to lose again?? By the way i currently weigh 163 and i want to be 120-125?? do u think its possible that i could weigh that by the end of the summer or i guess do u think its possible if i could be 135-130 by the end of summer??

Last year i really quickly lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks, i now obviously realise that i did it badly. when i was on holiday for 6 weeks i randomly lost another 6 pounds which was shocking, so now i felt real good. but i put all the weight on and more so i am now 28 pounds heaver than my weight at the end of last summer. i a=have started again and am not gonna use any quick fixes, i am changing myself for good. i think it take you just the same amount of time to lose the same amountof weight if you do what you did before. but just remember its a lifestyle change. A new diet is forevevr , not just the summer. lol
i hope i ahve helped and i think you should try to be 130-135 by the end of summer , because if you set yourself such a high goal and dont reach it, it could be demoralising, whereas if you lose more weight than expected it can motivate you.
