Hey, I have been on this site before and sometimes I am a lurker. Anyways, I think this site is so great because most weight loss support groups are for mostly adults. Anyways, on to my question, what are some healthy things that are easy and quick that you like to have for breakfast? I have such a hard time trying to figure out what to eat! And what about lunch also?

try eating a egg on some weat toast it gives you some dairy protien and fiber witch is good

whole wheat toast, peanut butter, fruit, kashi bars, total, whole grain cereals.

try a peice of fruit or some whole wheat toast!
