i weigh 190 pounds i go to the gym every night i run and bike but i cant loose the weight how m i supose to loose it nothing seems to be working
Reply from sami, Age 17 - 06/15/05 - IP#: 70.32.223.xxx if your watching your food intake as well as working out.. and your still not loosing anything.. you may have a thyroid (spelling???) problem.. it will slow your metabolism down.. if nothings working i would talk to your doctor
