Today is going good! I woke up ate a bowl of crispix and then did leslie Sansone's WALK AWAY THE POUNDS the 2 mile walk. Then i ate 3 pieces of pizza...oops!But now i just did the 20-minute workout of winsor pilates. I feel great. This evening i'm going for a 30 minute walk thru my neighborhood.
Buy WALK AWAY THE POUNDS!! Leslie is sooo encouraging and i've been doing it for a year and i'm still not bored!!

well. you did great with excersising but the pizza wasn't wonderful (it wasn't to bad though) but you no it..otherwise you did good but i think you should eat more!
