hey, i have used these message boards before, and i really liked them..anyways, i am reading this book called "the ultimate weight solution for teens" it is by jay mcgraw, and i really suggest it for all of you.. it gives suggestions on how to boost your self asteem...i like it so far. anyways, my goal for this summer is to loose 10 pounds. right now, stand at '5 2", and walk at 135, and hints on how to drop the second number? thnx
