Hey I was wondering what would be a healthy amount of calories to burn more then you eat? Thanks!
Reply from helen, Age 15 - 06/15/05 - IP#: 68.154.34.xxx any is better then none lol but really that is totally up to your body because if you burn like one hundred more then you eat thats not gonna be fast and it most likely wont feel much to your body so just experiment around a bit and find an amount that you can keep consistent but if you start feeling drained of energy just cut it down a little
Reply from Katherine, Age 15 - 06/15/05 - IP#: 68.100.185.xxx hey.. don't be confused and think that lets say, you ate 1400 calories.. you don't have to physically burn 1900 by exercising ( running, swimming, etc..) your body naturally burns like 1500 calories a day.. caloriesperhour.com will tell you how much u naturally burn.. ( it will say RMR, and that is it) hope i helped!

Reply from cassidy, Age 12 - 06/15/05 - IP#: 64.222.38.xxx well, u naturally burn calories, just by breating and walking and getting off he couch, but that wouldn't make u lose weight. All i know is to burn more than u eat, so if u ate 1400 calories, to burn like 800-900 calories.
