does trying to loss like thirty pounds by the beggining of september sound safe and possible. if so does anyone have anytips?

thats ok but dont push yourself too hard because that leads to bad things like eating disorders and stuff..just watch the amount of calories you eat and try to mess with your metabolism by eating 1500 calories one day and then dropping it to 1200 calories the next because your body then prepares you to burn enough for 1500 and ends up burning more, also dont over excersize that is just really energy draining but if your going to excersize that much then make sure you get a balanced diet

i think thats a hard goal, but it will also push u, thats like more than 2 months...but u will have to work hard while eating right and excerzing ~good lucK~

uhh yeah..well maybe a little less like 20-25..but 30 lbs is reasonably safe yeah

It probably isn't that safe, but it is possible. All I could suggest, would be to exercise like mad, and to diet hardcore.
