ive been really down lately.. i just feel like im setting myself up for failure wiht my diet and that if id otn get to my weight goal that i will just die..its been like five days csicne i lost saw neone from school adn its killign em i miss seeign peopel i feel like a loser.. i haev a aparty next friday another pool party...great just what i need.. i just want to be skinny.. ive been tryign to excerise with my runnign in the morning.. i didnt wake up early this morning go firgure to go running.. i just dont kno what to do do uguys acutallly think its possible to go from 170 to 140 in like mid august??

actually kristi you dont gain weight from running by muscle or whatever because the more muscle you have the amount of fat you lose evens it out and you will most likely see results after a couple of weeks of consitent running and adding in a few other excersizes like weights and crunches and stuff...but melissa maybe you are a evening excersizer not a morning one just try it and see what works best and DONT GIVE UP BECAUSE YOU CAN DO IT!

um that is going to be a tough one to do, usually when u run sometimes u gain wait...try not to go by the scale...because ur building muscel and it weighs more than fat...so try measuring like ur stomic, thighs and ect and see how many inches u lose
