hey guys, well i swam 72 laps in my pool today wow, thats a 1800 haha...i was watching my brother! yesterday i had basketball haha it went ok, i played all 3 games...didnt even get taking out!well right now im eating a salad, and its less than 100 cals! 1 serving of salad has 15 cals, i had 2 since it was my whole lunch. then the dressing italian only has 20 so that was like 50 cals! haha but yeah i had a doungout for breakfast...opps!!!!! thats kinda y i swam the 72 laps...oh well haha well good luck everyone

if your working out that much you might want to consider adding small amounts of carbs with that salad but other then that your excersize your getting is GREAT!
