For the past few days i have used WALK AWAY THE POUNDS the 2 mile tape, done 20 mins of pilates, and walked 2 miles around the neighborhood. I stopped drinking everything but water and have done many chenges to my eating habits! If i continue this exercise routine and eating habit how much can i lose in 2 months??

You can healthily lose 1-2 lbs a week so roughly you can lose about 8-10 lbs in 2 months, but everyone's body is different.
