Hey
If i eat right, go for walks/runs everyday, and swim laps everyday in the summer how much do u think i could lose? I know what is healthy, but i think swimming is going to make a lot of muscle that will weigh more. If i am a size 13ish now what do you think i could be by september? thanks

hmm well i dont really no how much weight you could lose but you can get a lot lower in size if you gain muscle and lose fat. but youd still probably lose 2-3 lbs. a week despite gaining muscle

You could definately be 9ish if you did that. Maybe a little lower. I walked/ran/played groups sports/aerobics/ and weight lifted this last week and my clothes are a lot bigger on me than they were. I'm so happy!
