i was wondering if this is a good exercise routine, pilates 3 times a week, my ab workout prolly every day or so, biking for about 30 minutes, and bicep curls?

you shouldn't do ab workouts everyday.. do them every second day.

Yah dude..., that'll help- but just make sure you walk everday-... if your gonna do bicep curls and weights you need to remember to alternate! Dont do the same weight exercises everday- your muscles will get supersore! so maybe do bicep curls every otha day- but yah it sounds like your on the right track
