My throat was hurting so i went to bed early (about 5:30) i woke up at 4:22am lol and when i weighed my self a few hours later i was 151 lbs? lol this is kinda cool but does any one know why? And can i keep it off, or will it just gain up again? haha this is kinda a dumb question but any ways... thx

This happened to me once too. Watch out cause sometimes the scale can be messed up (low batteries, if it is on carpet, etc.), making you think you lost weight when you really didn't.

If you ate 1-2 hours before you weighed yourself initally that may be why because then later you would have digested most of what you ate, resulting in a lower body weight. It's possible to keep it off if it was because of this reason. If you were wearing different clothes, or you went to the bathroom before the second time then that could also be why. It's best to keep everything the same, like weigh yourself the same time, with the same amount of clothes, etc. because it will be the most accurate that way. Rach*
