YAY! i lost another 2 pounds since tuesday!.. that a total of 11 which is a start.. ive been doing really bad this week to cause it was my brother in law and sisters birthday so ive been eating cake all week.. but considering i think i didn't do to bad.. i had finals last week to so i was way busy and didn't excersise all week.. but now im done with school so i have all the time in the world to workout out.. well hope everyone is doing good<3

i try to do 30-40 minutes of cardio everyday... usually the elipitcal..and then i do at least 200-300 crunches on my big workout ball then i do weight lifting and stuff.. i also do pilates either my 20 min video or the 55 depending on how much time i have and what not.. (thats not everyday tho).. and yeahh thats about it.. i also park my car at the end of the parking lots so i have to walk more.. i walk up my stairs even if i only have one thing to take up and i know im gonna have more.. i try to help my mom with the garden and stuff..i dance when i clean.. just any other little things that will burn a few extra calories cause they do add up.. <33
