ok i am sooo fed up starting RIGHT NOW im going on a diet i keep saying ok tomorrow will be the day and i will start off good and then by the end of the day i have done horribly so im starting at the end and continueing for as long as it takes and then once im at a good weight i will do enough to maintain it well if you have any tips that will help me with cravings, laziness, and just overall weight loss i will appreciate it!...why is it soo hard to lose weight the second time then it is the first time? grr well im not gonna give up! ill ttyl

Good for u! I do the exact same thing u do! Just keep this attitude that u have! I definetly think its harder to get back into it the 2nd time too! (thats what i'm doin right now) But if ya have to take it slow do that. For the first few days or so only worry bout ur intake then slowly add exercise in, ya know? Well I hope I helped a lil bit!
