So I've been eating a lot of muffins, which isn't very good, but I was wondering how many calories do you think a Jumbo Bran Muffin would have? thanks =)

Reply from heather, Age 14 - 06/19/05 - IP#: 68.229.95.xxx if its jumbo...then i'm guessing about 700 or even 750 caloires...those babies are loaded with butter ans suger....will enough sodium for about a day....i recomend cutting back on tem or eating them in smaller portains...i hope i helped good luck w/ everything u can do it!!!
