Ok how long would it take me o lose 15 pounds this summer if i ran like 3 miles 4 or 5 times a week...riding once a week, and strenght training (like lunges and stuff for legs and sit ups) everyday? oh and if i ate right!! thanks guys ur the best

Ive lost about 8lbs in one month before,but I didnt work as hard as I wanted to. So just work really hard @ excersizing& eat about 1100 calories a day& you should loose weight fast,but what do I know anyways..lol
