yeah definetly..thats like 2 lbs. a week so its perfectly safe..good luck!

my personal trainer gave me the following diet and i lost over 14 pounds in two weeks, its really strict though.
You can only eat meat, eggs, fish, cheese, and pork rinds. For something sweet, you can have tick tacks, gum with no sugar or sugar alcohol only or jello. I probably could have lost more but i didnt exercise the entire time

find a exersize you like i found dacnceing and now i take hip hop and i lot 10 lbs in a few weeks

yea.......its possible but u have to like eat lightly and dont eat after seven oclock at night........drink alot of water and EXERCISE alot
