I really need help in not eating after 7-8 at night. I always think "one thing won't hurt" but if I eat one thing I end up eating alot. Then I stay up late trying to digest most of it before I sleep. It's horrible... any tips/ideas on how to stop? I've tried setting a deadline but that doesn't work for me..

Also, prepare some fruit ahead of time to eat late at night, like apples or bananas with some melted chocolate or caramel if you really want something sweet.
