heyy pplz....i weigh 184 from 215.....i need to get back on track again because i have been slacking off....i havent been exercisin as much....but i do go outside and play sports like basketball and soccer, and i do skateboard a little. do u guyz think i could lose 20lbs this summer?!?! i want to look a little better by next school year....my goal for now is to get to 145 but i have to get exercising again...thankz guyz...peaz

you definetly could. take advantage of all the fruit and stuff in season in summer and theres tons of new activitus you can do outside. good lick!
