I really want to loose 15 pounds this summer. I want to start but I don't know exactly where to start! If any of you have any tips or things you did and/or doing please help me out. Thanks! ;)
Reply from sami, Age 17 - 06/20/05 - IP#: 70.32.223.xxx orcy hit it right on target.. water.. water will work wonders beleive me as soon as i started drinking at least 5 bottles of water a day (i dont drink anything else but water and tea) i started loosing weight. just watch what you eat and excerise and you'll be good. <33
