hey i am burning between 400-600 cals more then i eat a day and i am also strength training. the scale says i have lost 5 lbs. in the 1st week. anyways, i was wondering if i keep this plan up, how long will it take to see some real resulsts, like my stomach become smaller. THANKS

yes thats great just dont expect to lose five pounds every week just think of you are losing something or stay the same its progress because you didnt gain anything did you?

yeah its taken me a month to see results but all i have lost is 11 pounds.. everyone else says i look alot skinnier but the only thing i notice is my pants are falling off me like crazy.. i guess it takes longer for the person to see there results cause they look at themselves all day so i dunno.. i would say about a month too
