hey as i siad in my 1st post, i was wondering how long it would take to see results. i am doing this plan because i want to burn excess body fatt on me before school starts. im switching to a new school, and you HAVE to swim in gym. i dont want to be made fun of. if you have lost like 10-15lbs. of excess body fat and have kept it off, caould u tell me what u did to achiceve that please? i dont want to excerise and do all this dieting for nothing. replies are greatly appreciated. thank you.

Once you lose it keep a healthy way of eating like lots of veggies and fruits milk is great to and still exercise but u can have a nice treat like candy or cake in porportion every once in awile but preety much just keep a healthy lifestyle
