hey whats better for burning fat walking or running. currently, i set my treadmill's incline to 10.0 and and a uphill walk for 1/4 of a mile. then, i run 1 1/4 miles, i run at 5.5 speed for 1 min. then 6.5 for 1 min. i do this twice then walk for 1 min. will the program i am doing now burn fat, or should i change my program. if so, any ideas?
