umm can i just say that some people on here are givin the wrong advise? the post below me tells people to only drink tea all day (no food) and then have a really small dinner. thats anorexia and it sounds pretty dangerous to me. im 141 and im 5'3 i would like to be 120 or 130 do you think i could loose that much weight this summer? and if so what would be a HEALTHY way to do it. i dont feel like i have to drink nuthin but green tea and starve my self to loose this weight but i do need some guidance. thank you for all of your advice

ur already pritty close to ur goal so plainlyn just watch ur cravings and serving size walking will really help u lose weight, dont think of it as a diet u'll get there
