ok guys: since its summer, im taking advantage of the pool for excersice. i m making a pool workout, and im gonna swim laps, run in chest deep water (its wicked good for you) jumping jacks in chest deep water, but i want to do more, so does anyone have any other good things to do in the pool??

make a whirl pool and go super fast around it, if u have a pool that is not too big. it is SOOO FUN!!!!

Treading water can be good if you do it for a few minutes at a time. When you get good at it, you can tread with both hands in the air and fun stuff like that.

squat in the poool , thenb lift your legs quickly as if you were marching , do underwater lunges umm let's see what else ( i used to be in a water areobics class so i'm trying to think back) umm if you have a pool noodle put that under your arms to support you then propel yourself across the pool using only your legs another one is to hold onto the side of the pool , floating ,facing the sky then kick your legs , also if you want to add arm excersize try swinging your arms while doing the squatting excersize
