Alright, so, in the past couple days I have thought about how much weight I could lose in the summer..2 pounds a week, all that good stuff...the one thing I can't seem to make my mind up about is what and how much I should eat...1200 calories...1500 calories? Could anyone help me please?

wel maybe you can cut down on your eating and exercise more offten that might work cause thats what iam going to start doing so maybe it will help you out

both are perfectly healthy, its basically up to you. youll still lose about 2 lbs. a week with either amount. so it just depends on the day i guess. just say the most youll eat is 1500, and the least youll eat is 1200.

Well maybe u can start at 1500 and go down by a lil bit each week not going past 1200.
