hey everyone..i have a foot injury and have been sick for a few days, so basically I am bed bound..:( anyways, since i get up rarely, how many calories do you think is the minimum I should have if i still want to loose weight? Thanks everyone.

Just make sure u don't go to low! Remember under 900 cals is technically starving! Stay Strong! I hope u feel better! *muahz*
