i just wanted to say water works wonders.. ever since i stopped drinking everything but water tea and milk.. the weight is melting off me. Its hard at first but you deff get use to it.. yeah that was all.. good luck everyone<33

haha i know.. i weighed myself again today and i lost another pound from sunday.. i swear its the water lol
