I'm getting Subway for dinner tomorrow and I'm wondering if anyone could tell me some of the healthiest subs to get. In terms of the bread and the various other things on the sub.

If you like mayo, def. use light mayo, but it still has 5 grams of fat. But the honey mustard, and mustard is fat free. STAY AWAY FROM THE RANCH. Use all the veggies you want. They also have salads, wraps, and veggie patties. Good Luck Hun! Any questions. Selenafan@pa.net

Reply from Whitney, Age 16 - 06/21/05 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx My advice is go for the wheat bread! Much better then some of the others. Pile on the veggies and NO condiments! Those are loaded in worthless cals and fat! Hope I helped! *muahz*
