Hi guys! I did super well today! I danced for 2.5 hours, and I had 4 meals. My calorie intake for the day is still under 1200 calories!!! Today's my only good day. Remember in my success story when I said I'd be 110lbs by July? I don't think I'll make it because I've been cheating everyday of June. I gained about half of what I lost back, so just to let you guys know...NOTHING is worth the gain! I regret eating all that food. I think I'm at the point where I hate food. I always try to start and stick to a plan but i never do, is like am meant to be this miserable, which sucks since my siter and brotehr are in great shape and am sorounded by great looking people, how can i make my size go down? have any sugestions? what do you do?
