Hey every one... i've finally decided to step up and do that Protein diet. lol i hope it doesn't make me lose my energy. But has any one done this before... if so can you tell me how it worked out?

i have been doing the protein diet for about 6 months on and off- for two weeks, you eat nothing but meat, eggs, cheese, fish, shrimp, and porkrinds. You do not have to eat all of this- it is just a list of what you can eat- for something sweet, you can have tick tacks, sugar free gum, or jello. after the third day on the diet, you should find that you have lost about 3 pounds
