Well today was another good day....since my job has a gym my new thing is to go to the gym on my lunch hour...its actally pretty invigerating and i go w/my friend which is nice. Also starting yesterday I began actually counting calories which I've never done before...I couldn't believe how many i was eating per day...like over 2000!!! I've cut it to anywhere between 1000 and 1200. Now just tryin to hold strong for the weekend b/c its always when i mess up when I go out to eat w/my boyfriend...ugh...but I'm going to do it this time!!!!! Goodluck everyone!!

1000-1200 is a little low. Some teenagers actually NEED 2000+ calories. I would suggest starting at about 1800, eating that for a week, and seeing if you lose any weight. If you don't, cut another 100 calories, try another week, and keep going until you find the right amount for you. Cutting your calories in half is a huge, drastic change and will make you gain weight, not lose.
