HEY, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO LOSS AROUND 30-35 POUNDS IN 2 MONTHS BEFORE I GO TO HIGH SCHOOL? IF IT IS COULD ANY ONE PLEASE HELP ME LOSS WEIGHT. I WOULD REALLY ENJOY IT IF YOU GAVE ME SOME GREAT EATING TIPS. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ASK; WHAT CAN I DO IF IM STUCK AT HOME WITH NOTHING TO DO BUT WATCH TV AND EAT ALL DAY? PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. OH AND IM 5,6 FEET TALL AND 14 TEEN YEARS OLD.

thats my problem, being at home im trying to get a job but sadly im too young :(, but 30-35 lbs is possible but unlikely, if ur strict and dont go off ur diet to much u should loose at least 20, hope i helped

INSTEAD OF EATIN AND WATCHING TV ALL DAY... GO OUTSIDE!!! play b-ball, soccer, ANY SPORT!!!!!

instead of watching tv and eating excersize or do spmething to take ur mind off of eating like work on the comp play video games call a friend. anything but eating and watching tv with a ton of comercials for fast food will help!

i think its totally possible (i'm trying to do the same thing) what i have been doing is everyday doing about 1 hour-2 hours of cardio work (running, rollerblading, biking, swimming etc.) and about an hour of weight training every second day. i have also removed things like bread, pasta, cheese, foods high in sugar and saturated fats out of my diet. it is very hard to stick to .... but it works
