Hey i was wonddering if yall would like to share your workout scudules so it can help me set up mine and if they have worked for you and what times do you set your schudule. Thanx.
Reply from brooklyn, Age 13 - 06/23/05 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx wat i ahve been doin to help me is doin sit-ups or crunches then i get on my tred mill and run 45 mins because i use 5 mins stretching and 10 mins to do my crunches because i do the sides so i can have cuves then i get on the tred mill and do cardio for 30 mins.

Reply from Jane, Age 15 - 06/22/05 - IP#: 24.180.130.xxx Since the summer started, My friend and I have been going to the Y to work out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for about 3 hours. We get there at 9:30 and workout for maybe an hour and then we run. By then its about 10:45ish so we go and change into our swimsuits and do laps (lap swim starts at 11 at our Y) for about 25 minutes. Then we get out and sit in the sauna because it supposedly burns calories, and its just really relaxing too. ~~So that is what I do but you dont have to do all of that, you could minus the swimming and sauna and still lose weight just as fast as I hope i do. good luck! :)
