HHey well i need some help(obviously) anyways im am about 5'5" nd i weigh 190lbs!!!!! thats really fat and its almost the end of june.......i need to loose like 50lbs by the end of august! do u think i could do it? wat are some ways and like how much food i should eat and stuff ina day! plz help!!!!!!!!!!

That's not the "average" amount, but that is scientifically that amount you can lose. If you lose more than 2 pounds a week, then you are losing water weight (that's good), but also losing muscle (very bad.) The most you can lose by the end of august is 18 pounds - it's the most your body can burn. There is nothing you can do to change that. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, but burns a lot more calories than fat.
Reply from Alissa, Age 15 - 06/23/05 - IP#: 70.21.220.xxx This goal might be a little unreasonable. More than 3 or 4 pounds in a week of gaining weight or loosing weight is not healthy. Just eat healthily, you need healthy carbs, and not a lot of saturated fats. I was in the same situation, but I was 160 pounds, 5'3" in December. I run everyday, i started off running 1 mile, now i slowly increased it and am running 4 miles a day. Just remember to eat healthy and exersize right- don't overdo it for the first couple of weeks, then start increasing time, intensity or how many reps you do.
