Ok I need to lose about 20-30 pounds by July 23rd to be a healthy weight. I'm going on a camp on Jukly 23rd that i really want to be in shape for! I need a regular workout routine for up to then. Im also doing a 2 week basketball course for the first 2 weeks of July which should help

Yeah..probably around 10-15 pounds at the most would be healthy..good luck though and don't give up!

i dont think itd be healthy to lose that much weight by then. probably about 15-20 lbs at the most
