Ok I need to lose about 20-30 pounds by July 23rd to be a healthy weight. I'm going on a camp on Jukly 23rd that i really want to be in shape for! I need a regular workout routine for up to then. Im also doing a 2 week basketball course for the first 2 weeks of July which should help
